Perfect
Even during the pandemic customer service was great. I waited awhile do to the employee taking so safety precautions. Masks gloves and hand sanitizer available. He even showed me the unit with social distance. Very clean with great security.

Extremely clean and friendly service!
We visited the facility and was surprised how clean it was. There are several security measures in place so that your property is safe. Leah the manager on duty was friendly and took us on a tour to see the unit we would eventually rent. The entire process was hassle free!

My intial contact was with a young lady at call center. She was polite and informative. I then made contact with Rusty at Causeway Facility via phone. He was extremely helpful and answered all questions. He transferred my reservation to his site for me. Upon my arrival to secure storage, Rusty was helpful and gave good suggestions as I prepared to begin storing my items. Two great employees.

Brian ~ the manager / customer service clerk who handled our contract ~ was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We chose and upper floor unit because New Orleans has a long history of "water" issues and upper floors seem more logical. There are elevators and plenty of carts for moving things upstairs. Very easy. We also like the fact that there is no "deposit" and no long term contracts. All good. Month to month is what we need because this is "temporary" for us. The $1 move-in for the first month was a good thing, too. I think the $22 "administration fee" is a bit much; paperwork is paperwork. If it's that onerous, cut it back! Charging the customer for company-required paperwork is petty. Didn't like that. The facility is clean, secure and convenient. That's what we were looking for. Thanks!

Secure facility gives me confidence my furniture & boxes will be there when I need them.
We chose a unit on an upper floor for extra security and insulation from potential water issues -- which can happen anywhere, but have a history of causing serious damage in New Orleans. Elevators and plenty of carts made move-in easy. Halls are camera monitored, which is also good. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful; made sure the code and magnetic key fob worked before progressing to the next customer. I feel good about having our "stuff" in this facility. It will be in good shape when we need it.
