Like family
Maria was great .. we have had a long day after moving and finding a storage so by the time I got to the storage I was very tired and aggravated . But once meeting Maria who treated us more like family then a customer my attitude and all had change all the way around I will recommend to all my friends and family

Top of the Line Storage
I was a previous renter at this location but moved out because of continuous rising prices .The location I went to was with the same company and much cheaper but horrible.!!
So you really get what you pay for.ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤·ð½ââï¸ð¤¦ð½ââï¸
So happy to be back at West Napolean in Kenner..Entire setup of the building is MUCH MORE CONVENIENT. (YOUR SAFETY IS THEIR PRIORITY, BETTER ON PROPERTY SECURITY, All the time BATHROOM ACCESS, MUCH COOLER,CLEANER,SO MANY MORE DOLLIES AND CARTS,And several trash cans for small pieces of trash. All the luxuries the other one didn't have .

College Life
We got this storage unit because my daughter attends college in New Orleans and I was not about to be hauling stuff back and forth down the highway so I started looking for storage spaces. Contacted Life Storage prices were the best I found and with them only being 15 minutes from campus was all I needed. Even recommended the facility to a few of her friends and they were able to get a unit as well.

Compared to other facilities, this is a palace.
Before I came to Uncle Bob's, I signed a lease on what I thought was the best storage unit I could get for my money. It was in the city but it wasn't climate-controlled, the wall didn't even meet the ceiling in some places (not great for hurricane, or any, season), and a man came into the lobby when I was there saying "Well, they only took the TV." Needless to say, I went looking elsewhere. Even though Uncle Bob's is further away than I wanted, they more than make up for this in customer service (Amy is awesome, as is everyone else with whom I've interacted), a super clean facility with good security, hand carts available at all times, and free spacious van rental for move-in, which was essential for me. They even play good music in the hallways! I got the 10x10 climate-controlled unit and I feel completely comfortable leaving it over the summer while I'm out of the country. I was also able to put someone else on the account for free if we need to get in while I'm away. I really can't recommend this place enough!

Better than expected

Clean and Easy!!
I was very happy to see how nice the grounds are kept and overall appearance in the storage facility is very aesthetically pleasing. The paperwork and entire process for moving in were really easy to complete.
