Improvement to security should be made

Seems to be too easily accessible to non renters. Businesses are run out of some units which are designed for storage not for employment.

I moved in today. I was treated with respect and wonderful customer service from the manager at this location Mr. Rodriguez. He was courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Good Storage

So far, I've been very happy with my unit. By far the cheapest one I could find, and although it's not temperature controlled it's still a great size for a great price. Very friendly service as well.

loved the service!

I was very impressed, I went to the store to pay for my unit and the guys there made my experience a very memorable one. I was already stressed out from moving and they were aware of that and made sure the process was really quick and effective. The unit was very very clean! Absolutely loved it.

is leaking from day one my electronic get wet and damage I talk to him he sead ok I will fix it next day he told me we fix it I was happy I leave nice day water all over the place it damage my electronic and more when I talk to hem he sead do not worry I will tak car of u I will give u discount so I donot know what to do to be once its not good I'm not happy at this time

It was grate I met someone from Puerto Rico where I am from and he was very determined in everything that he spoke I was appreciative of his way on speaking out the uhaul offers. He was from bayamon and I am from ponce. Really known places in Puerto Rico. It was a great experience I thank uhaul for doing what they did.
