outside loading area filthy
The loading area on North side was very dirty. Cigarette butts a over, trash and dirt. Inside the building it smells like mold.

Pretty great deal!
The only issue I had was a misunderstanding of the availability of the moving truck and that the moving carts are almost never available. Otherwise I got a great deal and the facility is clean.

Great storage facility
Trevor and Nicole could not have been more helpful in helping us with a storage unit. Everything is different with the coronavirus and it was simple to reserve over the phone. Upon arrival Trevor was very careful to avoid contact, and was wearing a mask and gloves. He said they wipe down the key pads every couple of hours. I would definitely recommend Money Saver Totem Lake to anyone needing storage outside of the home.

Lowest cost storage in the area
A friend referred me to Money Saver Totem Lake. I had checked prices at other storage facilities and the price at Money Saver TL was the lowest price I found. The facility was secure and very clean and I was very impressed.

Michelle was very nice and friendly. Location is easy to find from the street. Paperwork processing was easy and quick. Facility and storage unit looked clean at viewing and move-in day. Security camera at door entrance and lock pad. Convenient side street for large semi-truck access.

Horrible, do not recommend, dirty and terrible customer service
Horrible storage facility. When we moved in it was so dirty there was tons of dirt covering the whole floor. Took an hour each to clean out the units we were renting and many full dust pans. This was made even more difficult due to poor lighting. Complaint was met with terrible customer service. We figured oh well, good location. Now we had an issue because our bank changed our credit card number due to concern on their part stating it had been compromised so they sent us a new one in the mail. This process took awhile and wasn't fast enough. This storage company slapped is with 3 late fees, one for each unit with no warning, $45 total! We reminded them of the situation and were talked down to for being late despite our situation. They were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. We plan to move out ASAP to Sherlock as they are friendly, clean, and have excellent lighting. Location not as convenient but worth it considering how terrible this place is.

Using for apt overflow
Michelle at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Units dry and clean. The location makes it very easy to get in and out vs other storage places that are in very busy and congested areas. The move in price and access to a truck for 4 hours made is all worth the few extra miles!
