Great service!
The service was amazing, storage unit was easy to find and the fact that they have rolling carts to help you move you stuff in is great, not just one box at a time. Had 9 totes to store and did it in one trip. Love it and the prices are great as well.

Quick, clean and informative
With just a quick call I was able to talk customer service. They were very informative, they covered prices ,sizes and insurance avaliable and even set up a in person tour of the units. Numerous Units with a wide range of sizes. They were very clean and the minimum insurance coverage for the unit is 10$ a month and it covers 2,000$ dollars worth of any damages. Highly satisfied for a first time storage unit owner.

Worth the price
I booked my unit online. It was very fast and easy.I went the next day to view my unit and to pay any costs needed.I was met with a smile and quick service. Everything was very organized to a tee! I was offered the senior discount which was a great advantage. In fact every discount they could give me was offered right down to the purchase of my lock. The unit was well lite, and spotless. the security system had me feeling safe and was easy for me to maneuver. A loading cart was in every suite. ЁЯСН I took a friend with me a couple of days later to help me move some stuff in,and he was also very impressed with the whole setup. Best storage facility he had ever seen. Plus another friend of mine has had a unit there for quite sometime and just me mentioning her name gave her a months free rent.тЭдЁЯдЧ I would highly recommend kimball's Storage of America to anyone that is looking for either inside or outside storage. Even the outside storage is set up great for large items, like boats, campers,cars,etc...
I'm thinking of looking into one of the largest units they have and just live in it.ЁЯШЙЁЯдгтЭд

Excellent pricing for climate controlled storage.
The pricing is what attracted me to this facility first. I needed to use storage both in Florida and also here once we moved back. I have been paying way more for storage units that were not climate controlled. They are new and still constructing units of all sizes. All the finished units that are ready for move in are very nice and clean also. Francine and Tony were very accommodating. Storage of America is convienantly located right off the freeway. Even though the price attracted me first I felt totally confident that my possessions would be safe here.

WAS LOOKING FOR STORAGE SPACE AND HAPPEN TO RUN ACROSS STORAGE OF AMERICA. KNOWING THE REPUTATION.SOME STORAGE FACILITIES, OUR VISIT TODAY WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE. ALL THE DOUBT AND CLICHES OF RENTING THESE KINDS OF UNITS WERE ERASED WHEN WE MET THE WOMAN AT THE DESK - FRANCINE. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROPERTY AND, OVERALL,A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THAT FEELING OF BEING RUSHED DIDN'T EXIST AND THE ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE TO ANSWER EVERY QUESTION WAS EVER PRESENT. I GUESS THERE JUST IS NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT - OUR VISIT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
