Billing is ridiculously slow to process payments
The facility ks cert clean.
My issue is with the processing of payments. If you donât pay through their online portal, or physically drop a check off it takes 10-15 days to process. This is the only company that takes an additional 2-4 days past the day the money is withdrawn to process online bill payments.
For payments due on the 1st, you have to pay by the 15th of the previous month or access is cut off. If you pay ahead they âcanâtâ send you bill. I have tried to pay a month ahead and then they stop sending statements. Their system for process payments is archaic.

They accommodated my needs meeting my price range

Quick and easy check-in, only complaint is they need more carts for moving in. Some people were moving in using moving truck company and they hogged all the carts. You would think a moving company would have their own equipment.

Overall I am very pleased
I moved my items into storage today but could not get the unit to lock; the mechanics of it is messed up. I called the two numbers on the card and was unable to get to anyone so that left some concern. I did just reach out to the number listed on the survey and was able to leave a message so hopefully theyâll be able to fix it and call me back in the morning thanks
