First experience
This is my first experience using a storage facility and Johnathan made the experience outstanding! He was polite and informative and courteous although we showed up late. He took the time to get us signed up and took us to our unit which was clean and spacious for our needs. This facility is close to our home and the convenience is definitely needed. We would recommend Self-storage to anyone.

Amazing facility with incredible service!
We just moved all the way to Kansas from California and needed a storage space. Shield Storage would be at the top of my list every time. Theresa helped us out from every step of the way, she even stayed later than scheduled because we had a lot of stuff. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anybody new to the area or looking for another storage facility.

Great customer service
This is our second time renting with them and just like the first, the customer service was great. I wish they stayed open later. I work until 5pm and with them closing at 6pm it makes it difficult to get to them before they close.

Very well lite!
The customer service was great, the Facility was clean is temperature controlled which is really nice the bathrooms can be worked on a little bit more checked out from time to time little more but it was really nice and clean and I really will recommend this facility to friends and family! The price is very great the location is nice and well lit and I like that is right by the police department and a gas station it’s just a really nice well it facility

Great facility
We are very pleased with our lockers at the Kansas City Sheild Storage, Cole Woloscsuk has been excellent in making sure everything is done right there. We have been tenants since they first opened and just today rented a second locker there. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the climate control is a major plus too. Their security is well monitored throughout the interior and exterior of the building. Highly recommended!

Nice facility
Nice & clean facility. Great parking; you can park in front of a garage door which makes it a lot easier to move your things. Melanie (hopefully I said it correctly) was very helpful!!!! She got me in & out explaining everything! The storage facility is only open during business hours FYI, so just make sure those hours work for you.
