Good rate and very easy
The online reservation system is great. Everything went exactly as it said. The app does make the experience better. The unit was clean and ready. The lock they provide is good. Directions to the unit weren't helpful but I was lucky and the unit was right in the first place I looked.

better than nothing.
pricing fair despite added expenses. No paper work -online. Did not see anyone. The facility and the unit was not unclean. Experience probably would be much better if not for the Covid restrictions.

Not the cleanest but still nice enough
Fair price. Good customer service. She walked to my unit in the rain to help me get started. Cleanliness was not great - dead roach on floor and rat boxes line the perimeter. I like the location. Feels safe enough and they followed social distancing guidelines.

Price is good but location is too far from my house
Customer service was great. I would also recommend to a friend. I only wish the location was closer to my house for the same price. This location is 30 mi ites away from my house.

The property manager was really nice...
The property manager was really nice and very helpful. The original unit I wanted was inside and had too narrow doors to get the light stands I want to store into the storage area so she found me another outdoor space with a garage door at the same price. She was very nice, prompt and on time and the place looks neat, clean and well kept. You can't ask for more than that. She runs a pretty good operation too. 5 Stars.

The location that I'm renting at is...
The location that I'm renting at is great. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The only issue is the location of my unit. It's at the end of this awkward hallway all the way at the end. It makes bringing heavier items difficult.

I already submitted a review. I want to say, first, that the Staff person who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - to an extent. I did not know until I arrived from over 150 miles away that I would NOT be receiving the first month $1 discount, not a rental rate of $55 a month and that I would need to add significant $ for 'insurance'. My bill, I thought was going to be $55 a month, with the first month for a $1. Nope - my bill is $74 monthly... big difference. Will move out as soon as I can. Terry

I must tell you to come here an vist this location i met the manger here mrs.Rachael is what you call a true manger a sweetheart a good listener a has great heart a Godly woman very great in communication on ur storage unit she will call you to let you know whats going on with ur unit this place is a plus i give 100% to them here ps i love it an will always come here when i need a storage mrs.Rachel you keep beening kind an doing a great job God is going to take higher places in your life thank you for your help here at public storage......

While visiting this location to inquire about renting a storage space I was introduced to a very friendly and professional Public Storage employee named Lauren. While inquiring, Lauren was very detailed and possessed a great deal of knowledge of the different aspects with renting a storage space. She asked a great deal of questions as well as answeringy the quite but of questions that I had as well. She was very informative and helpful. I will most definitely recommend Public Storage to my colleagues and any other individual seeking storage needs.

Easy process!
Reserve online and make your process even faster by filling out all your info before even arriving. The manager called quickly to make an appointment and was ready for me at my designated time. Rachel was very knowledgeable and professional.

Great treatment, but bad management
It was great just a little unorganized because the office manager left for vacation. Amber was filling in for her and did the best job she could do with what she was given. When I arrived my original reservation was not honored, I wanted an air conditioned unit, but I did not get that. And the office manager left Amber without any paper, so I had to wait like 30 minutes for another manager to bring some over. Amber was very sweet though and new to the job. It was unfair she had been put in this situation
