Good prices, limited hours
Price is good. I’m kind of sad there’s not 24/7 access. Everything else has been simple enough. Office hours could be a little more accommodating, fortunately my son was able to handle the paperwork while I was at work.

I didn't give up anything for the price
I needed someplace to store my brother's things. I didn't have much money so I chose Storage of America for price alone. I was not expecting it to be clean or safe, but it was both and the customer service was topnotch. I don't know how they do it for half the price.

Great bargain
I was looking for a bargain when I found Storage of America. Two months for the price of one or first month free. Tanita was professional and efficient in helping me sign up. Smooth process and nice clean storage. Easy to use because it’s like a garage. I can pull right up to the door. Great find.

Clean, with helpful staff
The storage units are clean and appear well maintained. The staff was absolutely great- they addressed my questions over the phone with great care, and were just as thorough and courteous in person. They made sure that I understood the entry/exit system, how to operate the hardware for the unit, and worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend to others!

great first and second impression, and no reason to think otherwise yet!
I mean, it's been a day but as of yet I have no reason to not be satisfied with this place! The office people were friendly, helpful, and tried to save me money where they could. Provided a lock and took it out of the packaging right in front of me, and made sure I knew how to use the security system personally. Everything was exactly as advertised. My only potential issue is it's not my first choice as far as area of town, but it seems like they have taken every precaution so I have no reason to think my stuff won't be safe there!

Excellent customer service - professional and attention to detail.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service and care I received when renting a unit from Self Storage of America. The Manager, Jose, was especially helpful and considerate. He took all the time necessary to walk me through the facility (twice) and reassure me in the high level of security and attention that my rental would receive. All of the paperwork was clearly explained. I feel very good about my decision to store my belongings with Self Storage of America. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends/family.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! the facility is clean and secure. I set up all of the move-in stuff online less than 24 hour before hand and they got back to me over the phone by the next morning. When we solidified the details over the phone they answered all of my questions about security, locks, access, and rental details, and were completely prepared with the paperwork and showing me the unit as soon a I got there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage place in Indy.

My paperwork took longer than I liked. I had reserved through sparefoot & it took some time to get it to show up. I was very happy with the customer service. I originally reserved a smaller unit & when shown just knew all my stuff wouldn't fit. The guy took me to a size bigger & it was close to the loading area. I'm pretty happy with it all.

The employees I met and talked to from the time I began to inquire about the facility up to the day I moved In, we're beyond professional and friendly. The facility was large and expansive, but again the employees We're confident and knowledgeable taking me directly to my storage unit without hesitation. Overall, this facility was wonderful and I would recommend its use to anyone that is in need of extra space to store furniture or other personal items.

We arrived kinda late en the day, but the staff was very friendly and didnnt make use feel rushed she was very helpful annd polite i enjoyed my expierence checking out the storage unit....even tho they didnt have the unit that i wanted on the inside drive we did end up with a good unit just wish it was closer to a door or to the drive. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Quality Facility
Convenient location on the city's east side, near I-465, Shadeland Ave., and not far from I-70.
Getting a unit was pretty easy. There were 2 in my desired size/location to choose from. I got an indoor climate controlled unit, and there were two loading options. There is a loading dock, which was in use at the time. There is also a pull-through driveway, which fit the 26ft Penske truck I had easily enough.
There were carts available, but you had to wait for one to become available because this place can get busy. Bring your own cart(s) if you want to get to work ASAP.
Staff was friendly and helpful, though understaffed on the day I arrived to move in.
The security of the place is pretty tight. A key code is required to enter, as well as to exit. There are some units outside of the keyed access areas, however.

Best storage facility hands down
Not only is this the nicest, most accessible facility I've ever used, it has top of the line security, the cheapest rates in town for climate-controlled units, and extremely friendly, competent, and helpful staff. I have been praising this place to friends ever since I found it. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
