There is a major gap in knowledge and understanding between the call center and the individual locations. And when calling to confirm my reservation the on site employee did not inform me of important things that wasn't mentioned by the call center.

The service here is fantastic! Adrienne Evans has been one of the biggest helpers in keeping me at this location. I had a minor problem with my storage unit and he went above and beyond to help make things right. I love this place! Reasonable prices, friendly service, always have a smile on their faces. What more could you ask for?!

Paige (Relief Manager) is awesome!!! She knows what she is doing. She deserves a raise. She took her time in explaining the in and outs of the facility. I am highly pleased.

Excellent customer service- units clean
Everyone at this Public Storage was very nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Their customer service was exceptional! Also, the units are very clean, easy to access, and very secure.

Good costumer service, location needs some repairs.
Manager was fantastic with service, but we both saw the door of the unit wasn't functioning properly and nothing was done to fix or resolve that day. She offered other units but couldn't get them to me that day as needed. I had no choice but to use the broken unit. It still locks and seems secure, the door would not stay up, which made moving a little inconvenient and difficult.

I have only had my unit since Saturday and I have noticed that there are to many lights out in much needed areas. The lighting to the climate controlled units is pitch black and a lot of lights are not feeling safe with all these lights out.

The lights aren't on but everyones home
First let me say that the Property Manager (Manny) has been very helpful in getting items resolved in a most efficient manner. I really believe he has done what he can to get my remaining issue taken care of. If it weren't for one thing, I'd be giving Public Storage location 08371 at 50 Washington Pointe Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46229-2600 a Five Star Rating. Quite simply, the overhead light in the unit does not work. The lights on the two units on either side of this one work fine, but the unit 7006 overhead light does not. I reported this to the Property Manager along with another issue (the door to the unit took two people to open or close it). The door issue was resolved shortly after reporting it on the Public Storage Website. I even received an e-mail from a Mr. Beau Palley when the door issue was to be resolved. And it was. Sadly, the light issue remains in play with no communication as to when it might be resolved. It will really be hard to utilize the storage facility shortly without that overhead light. That said, the facility is serving my needs exactly the way I had anticipated that it would. I rented it with the expectation that the light would be fixed in a timely manner as was the door issue. I do wish to stress I do not believe this is the Property Manager's fault. I feel that Manny has done all that he can in this regard. I feel that someone higher up the management chain will not authorize whatever it will take to get this light fixed.

more money than advertised
the advertised promotions never applied when I reserved new units... happened twice. Forced to buy insurance, but it isn't reflected in the price quoted online. Unit was fine, but value was much worse than I had expected.
