Why are these good to know?
Office hours indicate when a storage assistant or agent will be available to process your paperwork, answer questions or assign you a storage unit. Gate hours indicate when you will have access to the facility regardless if there is a storage agent present or not.
Please note: office is not onsite, after you make your online reservation contact the manager via email or phone to arrange move in.
Payment and lease signing may be done via email.
We require a minimum of one month's rent paid in advance to guarantee your reserved unit will be available on the reserved move in date.
Reservations are not confirmed or guaranteed until lease is signed and first month's rent paid.
Locks must be provided by the tenant.
