2 little details found out at the move in
My only 2 complaints are the added costs that were sprung on me at the move in. There was no mention that was easily displayed on the website when I made the reservation. The insurance required was not made known until check in. Also the need to have my own lock came as a surprise. When the manager called me a few days before to confirm the move in date, it would have been nice for her to asked me if I had both of those items. Very disappointed that those 2 additional items were needed.

Great customer service
The building was nice and clean but felt a little bit to warm. we were sweating unloading and then going back for more in the freezing weather.

Price was right
My unit is at the absolute furthest point on the second floor of the building. At the end of check in I was advised by staff that they should receive all "fives" on the review.

Seems secure
It seems pretty secure but I wish the indoor units had more sturdy walls. Also, if you wanted you could look into neighboring units with a ladder which I don't particularly like.

Nice place, Hard to get to.
Nice place, nice people, good prices. Hall ways too narrow, Lighting to dim, and auto closure of door in use is dangerous. Place is not easy to get to with large truck.
