Good service, nice, clean temp-controlled unit
Service was excellent. Only objection was extra admin and insurances fees that were add-ons. Insurance wasn't revealed till we got there. But overall experience was top-notch.

Great place and incredibly helpful staff. You can reserve a unit and then go see it before putting anything down. The location is ideal and there are cameras everywhere. Your stuff is insured with no extra fees.

When in need of storage short-notice, Stephanie and her staff at the Edwardsville location were simply amazing. They made a hectic situation of moving an entire household of belongings simple and painless. I was excited to find climate controlled storage in my town and when I found out how well they take care of the facilities, I couldn't have been more happy. Thank you!

Outstanding storage facility for all your needs.
I originally rented an inside climates controlled storage space for my personal household goods during a home remodel. I was very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, and overall security of the facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly in helping you with any needs you have. I now have a 10x20 outside unit for an extra car and needed storage for other items.

Great place to store a Boat.
I recently moved my boat from another storage facility. I was blown away when I found this place. Paved covered storage, with electric an air compressor and a vehicle wash station. Had a great customer experience when I checked in and on-line reservation was a breeze. I would highly recommend.

Great Place to Store your Boat
Things I love about (and why I store at) Simply Self storage. Large covered parking spot. Paved surface. Electric. Air compressor. Car wash and dumpster. Everything I need and close to home. Easy online reservation. And great customer service.

Great place to leave an RV
We left our motorhome at Simply Self-storage while we took a cruise on the Mississippi River. The price was right and we had covered storage with electricity. We would definitely consider using Simply Self-storage again if the need arises.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable, helpful, organized and a delight to work with. The facility is very clean and secure. Also impressive is all the extra little things available to make your move easier. The shop inside the office has all the things you may have forgotten and in the lot you will find a dump station for your RV or camper, an air compressor and an "RV" wash.
