Excellent experience
We rented 2 spaces to park a couple of our cars. They had a very fair price and the customer service manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience.

This is the place to rent from for your storage needs!!!!
My spouse and i are OTR. Jim made this so easy for us to get the unit we needed and get back on the road. (We had to bobtail there and Jim was exceptional on getting us easy access)
The facility is clean and the service was top notch. Jim's personality made it all the better. It was fast and easy and the price was fair.
I highly recommend giving them a call when in need of a place to store your things.

Jim was very helpful and polite. He was prompt at sending and answering emails. He walked us to the unit and showed us how the lock worked. He also explained why the prices were high right now. My low rating does not reflect him or Simply Storage.

Great price, even better customer service!
The adage "You get what you pay for" does NOT apply here. By far, Simply Self Storage had the best price, so I figured cheap facilities and non-existent customer service. Boy, was I wrong. My check in day was smooth, I was completely walked through the facility, everything was explained, and I couldn't be happier! As I am moving from a house to an apartment, things have been hectic and stressful. This facility made things that much easier. I can't recommend them enough. 10 stars!

Jim is extremely helpful and a great customer service person. He was extremely helpful and accomodating. Storage space is what you'd expect. Be aware that there are extra charges you might not know about: lock (a specific kind), insurance, and an administrative fee (one time). Plan for those when you sign up for storage.
That all said, I'm happy to be doing business with them.

I thought for a long time customer service was dead and gone. Til I met Jim, that is. He is knowledgeable without being condescending. He is friendly without being overbearing. Out and out, a shining example for the Simply Storage brand who deserves a raise and a promotion...except... that would mean he wouldn't be at the Bolingbrook location any longer!

I put my reservation in with an agent for this facility sight-unseen. The following Monday, the manager, Jim, called me and we chatted about my needs. He made me feel as though I did not need to stress over the unit....that all would be ready to go when I arrived from California. When I got to the unit, it was Jim's day off and Steve helped check me in. Jim's preparation and notes as to what I needed and the details of our prior conversations had been documented so Steve could just set me up quickly so I could go unload.
