"Customer service" helped make a super stressful situation, pleasant!
Honestly the office manager(i can't remember her name rn) was what really put my mind at ease. Lately it seems ppl have forgotten the importance of human interaction but the lady in the office was the main reason I felt comfortable signing the lease.

I haven't been there for a whole two weeks yet, but my first impressions are that it's a neat, well-maintained facility. The front desk staff (I've mostly dealt with Mary) have been helpful and friendly.
I feel I've traded my Colorado storage location to an equally good home for my stuff
