Wasn't given all info on hours or 24hr service and cost to much
I wasn't told about the facility not being 24hours and when I mentioned needing to get in and out all night the manager said it was good to go, also they made me buy one of their locks for $20 which I didn't have to spend on a lock, also the price for the unit is way to high I also felt uncomfortable any time I would say or ask something the two women working would then lol at each other as if they had to think of a way to get over on someone also nothing posted anywhere about the hours other then the office hours, (the 1-800 storage number both people I spoke to the night I had to call them were both awesome and helpful) I feel I should get a discount on my next month or some money back for what I paid already, as well as not charged at all for the 24 hour service since I was never informed about it thank you

Weather safety
Little afraid of water damage from snow melt on cardboard boxes due to no sill on lockers. Otherwise good to go!

Very accommodating and clean
I reserved this unit online. Mandatory costs associated with the unit weren't included in the advertised monthly rent price. I understand insurance rates can be different depending on coverage. But if it's mandatory please include a basic coverage premium to the advertised monthly rent price. And don't forget a cylinder lock. You can purchase one brand new and overpriced from the office. Spent an extra $47 at signing.

The employee I dealt with was polite & incredibly funny.
I could tell the employee I worked with enjoyed his job and customers. He was playfully respectful and we ended up chatting about some entertainment we found to be mutually enjoyed. He explained the parts of the lease and what I was agreeing to, then recommended I read it again myself just to make sure I was aware of what I was signing. He opened my lock for me and took me out to the storage unit to help me unlocking it and relocking it. Very polite and straightforward.
