Not quite clear on deals
So affordable family storage is really good for storage I've used on the floor, but the website that I went through to get to them was very slightly misleading, they said I would get a free month which I did but they also thought that it would be the first month or like if I was at the end of the month the next full month, it wasn't like that had to be the third month, otherwise amazing storage place

Price was ok, access hours are huge downfall!
Price point was a bit high for the short time and space needed. The access hours are 6am to 10pm which is frustrating in my situation, hours need to be a bit longer, grocery store is open later than this! Overall looks clean, although walking down the hall I see alot of mice contraptions outside units.

Short term needs between moves met
The storage unit was totally worth every penny that I spent while I had it for a few months. Staff was always excellent with helping me with any issues I ever had! Never saw any bugs trash or even questionable people. Everything is locked and secured and clean! I love all of the different options that they have for moving carts as well! If I ever need another storage unit I will definitely be back!

Far away from the only loading area
I expressed at the time of pick up that I am handicapped and needed something close to loading zone. I am on the furthest aisle from it. Hard to achieve for me. 00 would have been awesome compared to 56

Quick and easy
The young lady at the counter was helpful and speedy. Overall the unit is clean. I have a small hole that has been covered with insulation. I haven't gotten back over there to fix it better. It's not a huge problem cause it adds more light. Inside the unit is a little dark, especially once it starts filling up. Overall the experience was good.

AMAZING!!!
I did an online reservation and got a call the next morning to make sure we still needed it and when we wanted to move in. The gentleman was so incredibly kind!!!! I went later that day and signed the lease and the gentleman there was amazing at answering all my questions, being so kind and being professional. I love the security and easy accessability of accessing my unit once inside. This is by far the best storage unit I have ever come across and have been highly recommending them to many friends already!! Thank you for protecting my belongings!
