Good place, only 7am-7pm, competitive if you get a discount
Storage units are standard. Didn't see too many cameras inside the place that supervises the units themselves. They are only open 7am-7pm which is unsatisfactory if you compare their price to others with 24/7 offers.
You also pay a $9/month insurance. Keep that in mind.

Amazing Staff
The property is currently getting re-painted, so I only expect to be further impressed when I return to get my things. It is a great unit with a very high ceiling (which gives the most bang for my buck in the 10â by 5â unit). This is my first storage unit experienced and called a various companies. Not only is the price comparable to other high end storage facilities, but the customer service exceeds all the competitors in the area. The woman on staff was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with (especially during these stressful quarantine/covid-19 times).

I'm a disabled senior. The original unit involved climbing stairs. They were able to find a comparable unit on the first floor. It is $8/month more as there is no senior or handicapped discount.

Secure, Clean with Easy Access
Location is secure, very clean and has easy access. The vehicle I stored was narrow so did not have issues parking within a 10' x 20' enclosed storage garage. However, the entrance is only 7' wide and may be prohibitive to some.

Like the place and the people
The value is good. Also there was no requirement to purchase insurance or a lock. They sell both if you want them, but unlike some places you do not have to buy from them.
I got a 2nd floor unit. They provide a lift and a hand cart. The lift is not the same as an elevator. You load up the cart, roll it into the lift, max weight 500 lbs, close the door and push the button. Passengers are not allowed in the lift, so you have to walk up the stairs. This would not be convenient for people with mobility problems.
Everything seemed to be in good shape and clean, but floors and walls are unfinished plywood.
