Customer service is horrible
The customer service that I have had since the very first moment with this unit and company have been atrocious. The first day I showed up a little after the office opened because I had some questions. The office clerk locked the door when I showed up so I waited a little long and then a half an hour rolled past so I got out an knocked on the door. I waited a little longer and knocked again. The office clerk came back into the office and sat behind the front desk and ingnored me and another Customer that showed up and was waiting outside. She finally got up and unlocked the door and walked away no apology or anything not even opening the door just unlocked it. When I entered she rudely said “ I tried to tell you I was in a meeting”. I also had another experience with customer service over the phone about another issue and was treated in a similar fashion. All-in-all I am not impressed and will never be using public storage again after my brief stay.

Review for newly PS rebuilt location after Hurricane Harvey
Recently rented a 10x15 climate controlled space from a newly rebuilt Public Storage location in Houston, which had been previously flooded during Hurricane Harvey. I must commend PS on the beautiful job they did raising the buildings above flood level. The security is better and the units are very clean. The staff were very nice to work with considering the restrictions being imposed thru the COVID-19 ordeal. If I would make one recommendation, though, it would be that each unit needs to have its own light. A competitor nearby offers that, and I miss that convenience in Public Storage units

God bless you this is a wonderful storage Place with good promotions the Price is Right also is hidden they are open no one knows about this place it is two public storage's in the area the one I went to it's on Glenvista st in Houston Texas the two employees there is very wonderful and nice and knowledgeable they helped me with everything I needed and more their personalities are wonderful they work good together so I will give them five stars Plus they are also adding more storages they are in construction they have plenty of storage available thank you so much?

I made an online reservation, when I came in to lease it, the transaction was so smooth. Carlos showed me the unit, explained me my options and in no time I was storing my belongings in a clean, well lit, and secure storage unit. Five stars all the way, highly recommend this storage facility.
