Quick Thinking
I made an online reservation for a 5 x 10pm climate controlled room. When I received a confirmation call, the manager gave me some great advice - come in a day or two before you are moving because it takes about 30-45 minutes to get everything set up in the system and you don't want your movers waiting while you do that.
Went two days before and quickly found out my reserved room is way too small for what I needed (my fault, I have no skills on figuring out dimensions needed), so the employee who was helping me quickly found a storage unit that would work for my needs, even with very little inventory.
Everyone was very nice and professional and I'm very pleased with the unit I ended up with.

Works for me!
Went here mostly on a whim because I needed a place to get a bunch of boxes out of the way while I'm renovating, as I was getting tired of constantly shuffling them around. Found this place really close to where I live, liked the convenient access hours, and Torres showed me the available unit and helped me get everything set up in no time. Thanks!

Todd was the most wonderful person to help me at public storage! I had a family emergency and suddenly needed to move most of a house worth of things into storage. I had never rented a storage unit before and Todd answered all of my questions and made sure I had just enough space and all the protection I needed to feel my items were safe! He is a wonderful member of your staff and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for going above and beyond!

We rented a climate controlled unit yesterday at this location. We were very pleased with the information that Candi provided to us. She was very thorough and ensured we understood all the different aspects of renting from Public Storage. She even explained ways that we could keep our furniture and other valuables protected.
