Note that the rear building of this facility is complete and open for business and is easily accessible from 2 driveways that circle the property underneath a huge covered driveway. The front building is still under construction. The front building will house our permanent leasing office, Wine Storage, Retail Space and Resident Manager's apartment.
No Community Self Storage location has ever flooded! We have a giant covered driveway at this location and all units are accessible from under this covered driveway, so you can move your valuable items without getting in the rain or getting a sunburn!
This location is 100% climate controlled, with units leased on a month-to-month basis, ranging in size from locker size, to 5âx5â² to 10âx30â². We have dozens of security cameras at this location. Our color cameras record to DVRs.
Our Climate-Controlled units are vastly superior to the âclimate controlâ units offered by most competitors. We operate with a much tighter temperature range than most competitors. The A/C units are set at approximately 76 degrees to protect your valuables from wide swings in temperature and humidity.
This is a brand new, modern, super secure facility with alarms on every unit. Our covered driveways will keep your good dry and keep you out of the rain and sun during your move.
We have some open, uncovered parking spaces available, but it is advised that for long-term rental of parking spaces that you provide a cover for your boat or RV.
Unlike many nearby competitors in this area, none of our facilities have ever flooded! Please note that all our SELF STORAGE rentals require (1) payment of the administration fee, (2) purchase of the REQUIRED INSURANCE PROGRAM that we provide, and (3) provision of a lock (you can bring your own lock or buy one of ours for self storage units).
