Chosen for price but was told it is only good for 6 month-

There are seven other locations closer to my house than this one. I chose it because of the price for the 5 x 10. When I’m signing up I find out I now have to pay $11 every month for insurance. I wanted to carry my own insurance but they claim it’s mandatory that I pay this insurance and use one of their locks. This was not known.
