Have used for three years
When our daughter was leaving school after freshman year, we did not want to drag all her things back home from NC to MA. So we heard about AAA Willard Dairy and looked into it. They had a unit available, unfortunately a little bigger than we wanted, but we were able to find a friend to share it with. Food for thought is CALL EARLY!! They run out quickly because you are not the only one thinking about storage! Every summer we've gone back. The units are always clean. We always get a climate controlled unit because electronics are stored there, and those go fast! They even have a truck you can borrow if you need to, although it wasn't in the best shape when we used it. I would recommend them to anyone!! Pat and staff are the best!

I thought there wasn't going to be enough room but there was totally enough for me and two of my friends in one 10 by 10 unit and even more extra space after we all put our stuff in there! Definitely going to use this unit again!!

Management terrible
Pat the manager was very mean, threating and rude to me. Was not accommodating at all. I want out of there and will be out as soon as I can and will never do any business ever with AAA storage again.
