The lady who helped me was very helpful courtesy and professional. She did and awesome job and would recommend my family and friends there. I live in Nanakuli and she made not only the drive but my day all worth it.

Beautiful facilities! One of the cleanest and easily accessible storage units I’ve been to. Very, very helpful staff who showed us multiple units and answered all questions. Nina was great too!

Previous owner, Castle & Cooke, more customer oriented

When the ownership changed, the business became less of a win-win company and less accommodating to the customer's situations. The space was clean with friendly staff since I started over 5 years ago, but the prices kept increasing with no increase in amenities or service. Even with COVID-19 creating additional pressure on people's finances, they are not willing to compromise and help financially.

Let’s just say this place is pretty damn awesome and I’m so glad I found it! Prices are affordable and the facility in general is beautiful and well kept. The staff are very kind and super accommodating. Heidi and Nina are theeee best!!! :-)
