Great Storage Facility with Great Employees
The personnel in the front office were very pleasant and informative. By far one of the best storage experiences ever if not the best. This place is out of the way for me but I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service.

Good basic covered Storage
The facility is overall clean and seams to have good security. The covered storage for my trailer is high enough and has good coverage. The parking sites are a bit tight, but there is good maneuvering space between rows.

Security is Horrible/facility refuses accoutabikity
I have been at this location for 5 years and pretty satisfied except for the continual increase in rent. My motorhome was vandalized. All exterior compartments were broken into with crowbar, all valuables were taken. Things happen, I get it. But, management was aware of the vandalism/theft the day it happened. They left article strewn about, did not contact me, did not contact the police. I found it 3 days later when I arrived to check on my motorhome. Management response? They did not know who the unit belonged to so there was nothing they could do. I have been in this specific spot for the last 18months, I do not understand how a business cannot keep track of who is in their facility. To make it worse, they told me they think the thief’s jumped the fence. So, my point in sharing this is do not be blind to the eventual probability your units may be vandalized. Carry additional insurance and private property insure for anything you place in any storage unit or lot. Renter beware.

Had 24 hour access! Upon request
Ok so I got a unit here for the 24 hr access.
I am right now living far from here until my house is done. I have to travel over 3.5 hours to get here so I prefer to travel it at night so I can come here drop off and be back before I get stuck in traffic and in time to go to work.
I was told to call 24 hrs in advance to request permission to have access so that's what I did. I called on wed for access on Thur into Friday. I loaded up and headed out only to arrive and find the gate to tell me area closed. No access possible.
Of course you can't get a hold of anyone and nobody here to help me, so I just drove out here for nothing, to have to turn around, making it a 7 hour drive in my gas hog truck that cost 4$ a gal for NOTHiNG!!!
And yes, I am a little upset right this min. No I'm alot UPSET!!! Not happy at all!
I followed the rules by what I was told to do and I would have access, and no I don't.
I no people make mistakes and nobody is perfect, but this cost me a lot of money for this mistake that wasn't a mistake made by me.
And I am very upset to say the least.

If I could I'd move my stuff somewhere else but I'm stuck here and not a happy camper at all.
I rented my unit here for that one reason and one reason only, 24 hr access!
I will say, up to this point I was very pleased with the service I have received. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had no complaints at all, until tonight!!!
