Nice units, great staff
Moved in a few weeks ago. Initially looked at the unit with Su and got all the info I needed. Finished up paperwork with Mercedes a week later. Overall, really nice units, gated location with access codes. Units have alarm which automatically turn on when you use your code to go out the gate, units also have a light. Price is really good compared to other locations in the area. Would recommend to anyone in need of storage

Nice move-in experience and no hidden-charges (so far)!
Unlike other places that try and nickel-and-dime you, for example, by forcing you to buy/use their "approved" locks, my move-in experience was pleasant and straightforward. The "first-month free" is not really the entire month, but only from the move-in day till the end of that month, but in fairness, that was stated in the promotion (albeit in slightly obtuse language, i.e. 'prorated').

Oddly, yet neatly tucked away just beyond an apartment complex. Friendly staff and clean facility. Alarm on each unit is a nice feature.
Wish they were open past 8pm although it has not been an issue to date.

Content with my choice
Unit was not swept before I moved in and light bulb is burnt out with spider webs. But it seems secure and clean on the grounds with access only thru a nicer/newer housing community. Do make sure you ask them for directions as the address places you on the wrong side of the railroad tracks with a dead end road and only way in is from a completely different street.

The manager there and all personnel are quite personable and accommodating. They're kind and professional demeanor is why thru the years we continue coming back to rent storage units from them. A big PLUS is also being able to borrow their loaner truck. The facilities are quite clean PLUS security is great.
