You get what you pay for

Pricing is excellent but can barely even get to the units due to giant potholes. Also there are big piles of trash around the units. I have to use a hammer to open and close my unit because the lock is nearly rusted shut.

Toni Weaver is a great manager! She was very helpful and attentive. The prices are unbelievably low! Almost half the cost of other storage units in Hattiesburg. It's very safe with a locked gate system and 24/7 monitoring cameras. Very happy with this company!!

Reasonable Price for a college student

I used this storage place to store some of my dorm stuff over the summer. The customer service was great and I got a great deal on my unit. The storage place was a little off the beaten path but the security look good and the air conditioned units looked nice. I would recommend this to my fellow college students as it is less than 5 minutes from USM campus (without Hattiesburg traffic).

I was NOT a fan of the condition of the outside unit which is what I originally booked without looking at them first, BIG MISTAKE! They smelled like an old moldy garage. I was prepared to find another storage facility but Tony solved my problem and helped me get situated in a new unit and I'm keeping my service with Community Storage ONLY because Tony helped me.
