Carolyn (Harwood Heights property number 27501) has helped my family twice. Both times she has shown exceptional customer service. She is reasonable and very patient. Very please with everything at Public Storage. Happy to keep my personal items inside my storage space for a number of months needed. Very convenient in getting in and out of the place and the hours are really good from early morning to late evening.
