Love this place!

From the beginning the staff was SO nice and helpful! I didn't even shop around after the first phone call because of the wonderful customer service. When I was moving my stuff in, someone came out to greet me and showed me some of the amenities I didn't even know where available! I wasn't looking for amenities, just great customer service, the amenities were a great bonus!

Very nice people to work with

They were very helpful with the assignment of storage and very helpful with hints on what to do. It didn't take long . I got my lock and was in very shortly. The manager was very cordial. I highly recommend this facility.

They waited for me after closing.

I was on the highway from CA, and my GPS gave me the wrong directions. A new employee, Dee Dee, along with the manager waited for me because I needed to put my things in that evening and take my sister to the airport. They called to keep up with my progress, and made me feel okay about their staying late to accommodate me. They gave me exceptional customer service.
