Finding what I needed and pre check in...
Finding what I needed and pre check in was easy. My facility was gracious and patient when I changed my unit size, twice. They were professionally friendly when I arrived to check in.
I'm confused about continuing payment. However, I will be calling them tomorrow.

From a prior review, I was so excited. Very happy with my experience. Being a fresh former store manager from extra space storage, I was very pleased. the customer service representative kaleem was so respectful, a great listener, and stood out from all the rest of the places I called. He listened to my concerns and put me into the right unit with the right price. Overall public storage is a great company, I would recommend them to everyone. Kaleem didn't lack in any aspect of the rental process! Anywhere would glad to have him.
