Excellent customer service for many years!
Wanted to give a nice shout out to Luann here at this storage facility to say thank you for the fabulous service she has given us over the course of many years. We've rented multiple units for our small business here and she has always worked hard to accommodate all our needs. We appreciate the great service and the level of cleanliness of the facility as well.

Was trying to rent online but decided...
Was trying to rent online but decided to go in and see what was available. Sunday morning and I was glad the office was opened. LuAnn assisted me and was very knowledgeable about what was available and showed me units she thought would fit my needs. We found the perfect unit and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything I needed.

Everything you could want....

The place is well staffed, clean, and safe. I think it is a great option if you need climate controlled storage. It is a bit far from UNCG so if you are a student try and find something a little closer.

Came in to rent a unit due to moving, spoke with Kayla, extremely nice person answered every question I had and even some I didn't not have. Took he time to show me different size units to help me make the best decision for me. Highly recommend renting a storage unit here

Shelter from the rain!!
It was raining during our move to storage. We were so thankful to see they had a huge shelter to park under while we unloaded the truck! And we were able to park right up to the elevator.

Knowing I Did the Right Thing
Public Storage has a location near where my daughter lives. I decided to check out the online information, and liked what I saw. After filling in the requested information, I wasn't sure if my request was accepted. I had another question, too, so I decided to call the number on the website, and my day got brighter! Luann, the manager of the Battleground Ave,, Greensboro, NC 27410, location, answered the phone and was extremely helpful. It turns out, my request for a unit did not show up on her computer. She explained she would see my name on her computer if everything had gone through. I was checking to see if I had made an error. She said she could check something else, and for me to just start over and fill out a new one. She said she would call me back in a few minutes to let me know if it went through or not. I redid the application, and it went through. She called me immediately! I was truly amazed at how curteous and caring she was toward me. My things are safe and sound in a unit, and I wave at Luann when I am there. It's a good feeling: knowing I did the right thing.
