Couldn't use Free truck offer, not happy
I tried to use the free truck use with the unit and couldn't be cause I don't have active car insurance. I don't have a car. I think there should be insurance or other options offered by the company in these they of circumstances so the truck can still be used. That was the only reason why I went with this company. As a single mom moving is already difficult, but counting on that truck and being denied without any alternatives was heartbreaking and nearly impossible to look past.

Very friendly staff and clean rental space.
I reserved my space online which made my check in very smooth. The front desk staff was very friendly. We did have a mix up on which unit we were receiving but they handled it quickly and without hassle. The unit is clean and secure.

Excellent customer service, access established on the same day.
After reserving space through SpareFoot, I met the site manager a few hours later and within 10 minutes I had the storage unit requested. The unit met all expectations and was as advertised.

Best place I've been to in a long time.
I liked the prices so I went there to see how good of a place it was and it was a wonderfully great place. The facility was warm welcoming and clean. The staff not only was excellent in customer service they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in the areas I needed help with. I would not go with any other place but this one or one of their facilities around town or other towns cause the staff and atmosphere made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I recommend that everyone go to any facility that is owned by this company because it's a almost guarantee of a great experience. Thank you ladies for helping me out as much as u did. You restored my faith that there is truly good people who care about people in business again.
