I would recommend this facility to a friend for sure.
This storage facility is very clean and easy to book. I was a little confused with the pricing and was disappointed to see an extra charge of $20 for the insurance. I did not know about this before I went in. I really enjoyed the manager as she was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I feel that my belongings are in a safe space as well. I would definitely recommend this storage place to a friend.

Friendly staff, nice facility.
Very nice and to the point customer service. Clean indoor facility with large garage to back in to & unload. They also have flat carts to use while moving stuff to your unit. Decent price too!

The lady at the desk was very helpful
Payed less for an enclosed unit than this parking spot. No enclosed units for vehicles. Security gate was rather short but has a coded lock; each person gets their own code though. The woman at the desk was very helpful in getting the process handled.

Overall it's a nice place to store your items
I appreciate the storage facility, but I find it kind of scary there are intimidating signs all over about how you can not be let in if your payment is overdue and what not. Customer service was pleasant and informative. The pricing is pretty expensive, however being one of the only temperature controlled units in the area, this is the one I went with.

6 weeks and satisfied.
We was looking for a storage on the north east side of town, because this is the side of town we wanted to move on. We founded a place about a half a mile from the storage so it worked out great for us. The only thing we can say is thank you very much.

Excellent experience, not so sure about security
The manager who helped me get set up was friendly, helpful and efficient. The move-in experience was excellent. The magnet on one of the doors (to hold it open) did not work but I was told about this in advance and offered a workaround until she could get it fixed so I was not bothered. The only concern was that the storage units do not have ceilings. It seems like someone could relatively easily get into a unit over the top of the doors. We do not have anything small or of very great value so it's ok for us for now, but did seem a little odd for a secure storage facility.
