Clean and secure
Found this property exceptional to other properties I viewed. Site is secure and kept very clean. Only exception I had was having to purchase their lock system. I was told the lock I had could not be used. After purchasing their lock for $19.00 I noticed where my space was located there were at least 8 locks in the same area as the one I had originally purchased. I was told they would not work but they obviously are. Do not buy their lock unless you plan on using other storage units. It is not useful for many other things.

Great overall experience for my first time renting a storage space!
This was my first time renting a storage space and the entire experience was streamlined and easy. I got exactly what I needed. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I really like the carts they have available. They make it easier to move my stuff.

We had been a Public Storage customer...
We had been a Public Storage customer for over 8 years. Just 6 months ago we no longer needed the space. On July 9, 2018 we decided to obtain a unit again. We were very pleased with the ease of signing up & the great look of the site. We would highly recommend Public Storage.

This place has been perfect for the last several months of storing my items and I never had any complaints until now. Just recently I noticed ginormous spider webs hanging in the corners of some of the hallways. I would like to think this place keeps up with maintenance as it is storing many families' belonging's. A friend of mine has a 5x5 storage unit here and noticed a couple dead spiders in the corner of her unit. Hopefully this is an indication that they have been exterminating the place, but the webs are spooky and need to go. Hoping my unit isn't infested. Other than that, I haven't had any problems here and the staff is great!

This place is amazing. Very clean. Debbie is so helpful and was so good to me throughout my time renting here. I highly recommend this storage facility. If I ever need to store my things again, I would definitely go back to this one. Couldn't ask for better.

Excellent service overall.
I've been with Public Storage for some time and received excellent service from staff when having to upgrade or downsize units. To date, the only negative incident occurred recently when transferring personal items to another Public Storage unit. I cleared out the old one, but still get emails and a bill. I have not been able to pull up the new unit to ensure prompt payment. Staff at both units have been helpful, but I need to readdress the billing issues.

Debbie the manager was so nice and helpful in explaining the information as well as the pricing. Connie who was new was also very nice. They made sure that I was satisfied with what I was going to be getting before we started the paperwork even though their power had gone out on them before I had arrived. They both had such positive attitudes that you would have never known there had ever been a problem with the power. I even got a hug from Debbie and I love hugs, being new to the area that was such a great way to be welcomed. Thanks ladies you are both a pleasure to do business with. Keep up the sunny attitudes and the great service. ?? ?? ??

Clean well-kept facility.
This storage facility is very well kept and very clean. The manager was very knowledgeable and went over all of the paperwork with me. The website said insurance was required so I was prepared for that fee. I took away one star because there was no mention of a special lock, so purchasing the lock was an unexpected expense. Aside from that, this is an immaculate facility. Security codes are required for every door. I would recommend this facility to others.

Excellent, True Climate-Controlled Facility
Regarding Property # 29214 (Greenfield & Baseline) - Was referred there by Shirley from the 2929 E Baseline PS Store due to our requiring a "True" Climate Control facility (not the swamp-cooled ones), with Shirley stating how it was new and letting me know the space I required was available. Upon my arrival was greeted by Debbie who was both upfront and honest, and therefore was able to get exactly what we needed at an affordable price, plus the facility was extremely clean and apparently very well-maintained. So our deepest thanks go to both of these wonderful Ladies.

Nice newer facility
I really like the location and staff. Clean facility no odd smells. If I could change 1 thing it would be their to have EARLIER summer hours we live in AZ for goodness sakes it is pretty much pver 100 from 7am-9pm way to hot for moving.
