Good but...
Overall a good experience so far. The only negative is the requirement to be there in person to finalize rental. I needed to rent a unit for my sister in law to store items from her parents estate. While she's paying the bill, I still need to be listed as the primary renter. She lives 800 miles away and it's totally inconvenient for her to drive 1600 miles round trip just to change her to primary. It shouldn't be that hard.

Never have I had a more enjoyable experience renting a storage unit. Raven checked me out and she was sensational! I don't think even people working at Disney are this cheerful and friendly!! As far as the actual units - they are extremely clean and well secured. You need an access code to open the gate to even get into the storage unit area and they monitor all the comings and goings as well as provide insurance on your items. Very impressed and satisfied.

They were always nice and helpful. The manager was especially great! The prices are fair. It's a little hard to get out of. When you leave you cannot turn left, only right. Other than that excellent customer service!!

First Rate Service
The service was the best,provided all the information and explained in a friendly,professional way.The space was clean and even had a light bulb with pull chain , I would recommend to a friend or neighbor. The only negative was I came back at night and could not see anything it was pitch black,I came back on next load brought a flash light

Highly professional, clean, well-maintained environment!
I reserved the space online and was pleased there was a follow-up phone call the next day. When I was greeted at the site, I was impressed with the competence and professionalism of the Site Manager, Chris. Everything was explained to me and Chris answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I found the site and storage space clean and well-maintained.
