Getting a unit was very easy and simple.

My experience with acquiring a unit was very good. The attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable about about what size I would need for the items I was going to store. She explained everything fully. Went the lease terms with me, answered all my questions . When I had an issue with the unit she was right there to help make sure I was satisfied with everything.

Convenient Storage with Friendly Customer Service in Gardner, KS

The customer service at this place is incredible (Jacob is the best!) He went over the lease agreement with me carefully and it was incredibly easy to book the unit I wanted when I needed it. Access is available 24 hours a day. It is a clean and seemingly safe facility and there is plenty of room to pull in large trucks/cars and load and unload. The only downside to my particular unit is that the door slides up over the top of the unit, thus creating a "roof" in the unit, making you unable to put anything over about 7 feet high in the unit when the door is open. Though this ultimately did not cause any problems for me, I was afraid it might and just wanted potential customers to be aware of this potential issue. Otherwise, this seems be a great storage facility and I highly recommend!

Nice clean place friendly staff.

This is a nice well lit outdoor facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lockers are well build with good doors. Only complaint I could find is the lock is mounted a bit lower then I like.
