I am going thru a very difficult time and your front desk girl was sooo nice and helpful. I really appreciate both girls I have interacted with . Your house are Soo convenient. I like how you have allot of security cameras. It's clean. 5 star I give it. R best. Oh yeah...not any rift raft hanging around either.

Professional, very clean and spacious!
The signup process was very quick and easy to setup, the customer service agent is very kind, and extremely helpful with any questions and the facility is very clean and easily accessible, and the monthly rates are reasonable. I would recommend Storage Etc. to anyone!

Great staff
Have found the staff friendly and helpful. Rate was more than what I found in Orange County, but this is much closer to my home. You receive a gate code when you rent a RV space. Big plus freeway close!!

Ok considering price
Originally spoke with Michelle who was nice and accommodating since there was a free truck mix up from the Torrance location. My actual move in day and truck rental there was a different guy there who said they don’t rent trucks needed to pay for truck insurance even though I was told by Michelle the truck is free under 20 miles with full coverage from my insurance. BEWARE it’s not free you have to have your full coverage PLUS their insurance. He didn’t know how the payment was going to be taken because they don’t rent trucks there even though it’s advertised that they rent trucks. He took a copy of my credit card and hand wrote my information and said he needs it just in case the truck comes back damaged. Once I returned the truck I asked for him to shred my credit card information he said they don’t do that they keep it on file for all truck rentals. I told him the truck is returned and checked out fine why does my full card information need to be filed away somewhere where someone could access it and use it. It would be different if my card was in the system and encrypted but not copied and hand written down on a piece of paper. I’m not too comfortable with that. It’s been a series of little mishaps so I’m not sure how long I’ll keep my items in this storage unit. We will see.

I rented a 5'x10' space, but the space was actually about 5'x8'. When I asked for a price reduction due to the misrepresentation of the size, the manager refused. I could have rented a storage space much closer to home at the smaller size for the same price if they had acurately advertised the size. This is bait and switch, and I have requested that the price be adjusted accordingly.

The gentleman who checked us in offered 2 options since we had underestimated our needs. He provided a small ladder to help with an upper unit. We were very pleased with his help. My only issue was the 4x5 unit shown on the website did not indicate it was only 4.5 ft high.
