Very Convenient location and friendly staff.
It is very convenient the someone lives on the property to assist renters.
It would be nice to have a entry keypad for the back gate in the event renters right inside the front gate are blocking the access road since it is too narrow to pass.
But again, when the lady that lives there realized that we could not get in, she opened the back gate for us.

Good for a bargain, but you get what you pay for.
I was not very happy with this unit. You get what you pay for. I ended up using the same company at a different location. Great company overall but this location left a little to be desired for.

Moved here from Missouri. The staff was very accommodating and helped us to get settled in.
Very helpful. The office personnel helped make our trip easier. We were running late (after hours) in getting to storage unit. They worked with my friend who was able to get us paid for and receive the key so that we could still unload our truck after office hours. Thanks!

I am somewhat concerned about the low perimeter fences, the fact that the outside doors leading to the inside units don't lock, and that the tops of the inner storage units are open and could be climbed over.

Not happy the top of my climate controlled unit is open. But was informed it was a fire code thing. The staff was helpful. Not sure why insurance is mandatory. Other storage places don't require insurance. Guess you guys are trying to make a buck any way you can.

Can't beat it for the price!
Kim was very informative as well as pleasant...wish it was climate controlled rather then temperature controlled though. .security camera's a plus....and they provide renters insurance at a small fee which is convenient when u need a storage on short notice.

Friendly staff and great prices
The staff was very friendly and their prices are reasonable. The property itself is older and the security fence is a bit low. (Maybe about 4-5') The parking lot is in desparate need of being repaved, Since there are HUGE potholes inside and outside the gated area. Keep in mind that the space is a bit narrow so large trucks will need an experienced driver to navigate once inside the area.
