First Impression
Just starting to rent from Public Storage and I am quite happy with the customer service I received from Victoria at the Princess Anne facility. She was complete in explaining to me what is expected from me as a customer and what to expect from Public Storage as a storage facility. I am pleased with the initial state of this relationship. Sign up online was quick and simple
While easy to sign up and start the process, it was distressing to find out that my first payment was 50% more than what I expected. It was Not Disclosed that the exclusive lock type was $20 nor was it stated anywhere that I remember that insurance, another $11, was required. The client in the space next to mine arrived while I was loading my unit, and she complained that her unit was full of ants, and she showed her unit to me. Even though she had sprayed insecticide the day before, the ants were present in huge numbers. I hope I don't have the same problem.

I have been extremely pleased with my overall experience in working with Andreaus and Robert at the Public Storage in Roswell, GA. Having been in the customer business for over 30 years I can attest that these two individuals know the meaning of " customer service " and deliver " world class " service. Good service, good facility
Good service, good facility. I'd use them again. One of our doors only opened half way and there is no way to have it serviced with out me waiting for a third party repair person and me being there with them, need to check those doors before the units are rented.
