ROBBED 1ST NITE

I left about 6pm, returned next day about 1 to put more stuff in & noticed 1 of my items in hallway. Get to unit, I've been robbed. Waiting on camera review

Amazing!

The service was Super. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They treated me like family. It was unexpected to me to see that there are still some people out there who really I mean really care about human beings. The staff has definitely renewed my trust in people. it’s a scam!

Please be careful renting here. They doubled my rent immediately and told me over the phone that they falsely advertised a low number to get more sales and had always planned on doubling or tripling rental pricing. My storage unit was also not able to be locked and anyone could’ve stolen my things. It was really dirty and there was mold on the wall. I’ve never met the employees and they weren’t in the office even during the hours when they were supposed to be. Maybe I just had a bad experience but this company seems like a scam.

I rented here , no one barely works in the office when you need help with something and gate is consistently broken and left open to anyone to access. Infested with rats, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is very moody and the whole thing is built on a hill

Overall it’s not bad but it could be a lot better will come in and repair some of those roofs and get a hold of everybody leaving ther stuff out in the hallways And then if you don’t ask for the discounts you will not receive them they will not give you one thing or one penny if you do not ask I just purchased my second unit with y’all because my first one went quite big enough and of course I didn’t get no discounts on the first one even had to pay for my own U-Haul and you tell me that I get it for free for the first month rent

The Owner at Citizens Storage will NOT honor the Sparefoot price we reserved online. After asking him to review the great price we received online, he refused and we are now being forced to pay almost $100 for a $35 unit.

A dump

This place is a junkyard no decent parking poor Marking This place has one way in and one way out and you’re stuck if someone else is unloading their vehicle. The entry is horrible for large RVs and you have a steep incline at the keypad whisk could possibly damage your transmission and trailer hitch system. I can’t stay at this place long. I fear my trailer will be vandalized I will be out of this place soon

Prices

Were not told online price was a special until I arrived at facility. That’s when I was told price will go up each month. It was to late by the time I got there to switch to a different storage company because I had movers coming to off load. I feel I should of been informed when I did the online reservation.

Good But Beware

Nice guy over the phone. In person lady is nice too. But units are older and you pay more for units that are drive up accessible on main road, if storage is in between 2places, you pay less but is a bigger hassle to get to.

Storage

Sam was very helpful. He got me taken care of after hours. However price was $5 MORE per month for storage not in between storage. Also, units are older and lock plates are rusted.

Great Place to leave Your Possesion

I have had a Great Experience I have been with his Facility for well over 3 yrs and have had nothing but good Customer Service. I also have rented a Uhaul with them and have had fair Pricing and would Recommend this Facility to anyone. If i needed to rent again i would come back to this Location

Not good

This place was filthy. Spider web, dirt. Lots of units left open and some damaged. I have had storage before, but never like this. And it was built on a steep hill.
