Good experience
Had system or printer issues the day i went to set it up, so i had to come back to complete the paperwork. Not a problem though. Heather made the set-up easy and showed me all around. Very clean and nice looking facility and very close to my house.

Out of state move
My husband and I just moved here from out of state and are having to store our things until our house is ready. I went online and reserved my storage unit, within minutes of receiving my confirmation email, Randy called me. He introduced himself as the general manager, and was so polite and excited to have my business. When I arrived the next day to move in, I walked in, there was Randy with the biggest smile. He was very helpful, he showed my husband and I the unit to insure it met our needs and then once paperwork was finished he assured me that he took pride in his location and he was available if we ever needed anything. Moving is a stressful time and having people like Randy really helps!

Great Customer Service
My family needed a second unit and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They have great customer service. My wife locked her keys in the car and Randy had a screwdriver and coathanger and she got it open without calling a service. Thanks for the extra mile.

Do not use this facility!
Personnel is very friendly and charming, I have to say. And the facility seems to be very clean and neat. BUT, there are rats! My stuff was all peed on and my couch was ruined as it was eaten by the rats. They said that unfortunately they could not do anything about it because they do not control what people bring in. In other words, they did not recognize their responsibility and suggested that the rats were brought in by either myself or other client.
Also, the climate controlled propaganda is very deceiving because my furniture had mildew on it when I went to get it, and when I placed a claim their response was that climate control does not include humidity control. What, humidity is not part of the climate? And my stuff was only there for 3 months!
All in all, I do not recommend this facility at all!
