The storage I have is suppose to be...climate controlled...but it's not.

The storage I have is suppose to be climate controlled but it's not. The storage is hot and had spider webs everywhere. I will be moving out within a month because I have valuable belongings in there and I don't want the heat to destroy my things. Not good at all. And the area is so small it's hard to get a 26" uhaul truck through the facility without almost hitting a pole they h ether poles on every corner so it's very hard to turn or turn around but I managed.

She went beyond the call of duty every time and made me feel at ease during a very difficult period.
