Easy, clean, and nice employees
From booking the unit online, to paying in person, to moving in, Life Storage is just simply wonderful! We received a great deal to rent this unit, and the folks in the office we wonderful about all the questions we asked. We received a tour, and instructions on how to use the elevators and our new locks. I would recommend this location to anyone needing extra space!

This place is so clean! The staff is very friendly. And I feel very safe leaving my things in storage here.
Carolyn was so nice. The storage unit I leased through a lady over the phone turned out to be way too small. Carolyn helped me find the right sized unit and while I didn't get the month of May free like I would have with the smaller unit, she was able to offer my 1/2 off and no admin fee. Conveniently located and very clean unit!

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE STAFF. The security is great. The only thing I have to complain about is the times I can access my unit. 6am is ok but 10pm is crazy.... I would think that 12am, more like 1am is reasonable for the area. The area is full of college kids and many young people who goto school all day and work at night and then don't have the time to get to their units. Other than that GREAT

Very clean, well lit, and secure.
I found this space to be very clean, well-lit and secure. My only concern was the layout as at first it was confusing however the use of street names did indeed help with the use of conventional directions to locate my unit until I memorized how to locate it inside the facility.

Very clean and convenient facility!
I have seen a few Uncle Bob's, but they were always very expensive! Having been a Public Storage customer, I know storage units are what they are! When I saw this Uncle Bob's, I was taken aback with the size, cleanliness, and best of all-the price! I'm very happy about my decision to use Uncle Bob's!

Great Service, Good Price
Was able to find and reserve the space I wanted online and go in the same day to lease it. Paperwork went fairly quickly, probably about 15 mins. I'd have to agree with Cameron though about the hidden fees not being clearly stated online (the required insurance and lock purchase). Everything was explained and presented upfront during the paperwork process, though. Got into my unit quickly and the place seems quite secure and very clean. Pleased with the experience overall.

They are also kind: they provided space for the garage sale of the animal rescue groups in the area. I don't know all the details but I was there helping set up for Sterile Feral about two years ago. Other rescue groups also had spaces donated, almost a full floor for the garage sale fundraising. I thought that was very kind of the manager or owner of the storage building to help by giving free space to a fundraiser for animal welfare, so they are at the top of my list.

Pros: I was very pleased with the facility and it was better than I expected.
Cons: I do not appreciate the hidden fees that are not communicated in the online adds and promotions. Being up front with customers will create a better relationship between both parties.
