Rates increasing yearly,more than my property taxs.

After about 7yrs of renting my rent went from 85 dollars to 117 dollars. The rate is going up way to fast. This summer i will be leaving, for a less expensive storage.

Spacious and Nice

We got a storage unit for my parents who are retired military with a lot of memories. The storage units didn't look spacious until we packed it up with the 4 bedroom, living room, dining room and backyard materials they had collected over the years. The price was amazing for our budget. When there was a rumor of someone trying to break in, even though our unit wasn't one of the units the staff still provided us with a new lock and an opportunity to change units if we were uncomfortable. I would recommend Gate 5 self storage to anyone. I give you 1000 thumbs up!!!

I have has a unit for over a year for varies items at times. The staff is very helpful and the manager is very nice and willing to work with you and takes what you have to say into consideration. Very safe and secure. Looked around other places and this by far had the best service and price for me. :)
