The Attendant was excellent, wonderful personally.
Everything went very smooth, the location was close to my home, access to the storage room is really easy but most of all the attendant was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.

Super friendly staff, clean facility thatâs easy to get to off 20 and easy set up. Got a deal on the monthly cost and the employees were nice enough to waive my application fee. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Moving between states is stressful. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to making the storage situation as easy as possible, they were kind enough to give me pointers on places to go being a new resident. I would recommend this place to everyone just for the customer service.

happy i found it
I found this facility via SelfStorage.com where it was listed as $25/month for a 5x10 unit. Turns out that is only for the first 3 months and then the rate goes up. By the time I found that out, I already had the move lined up. But that was the only negative and it doesn't sound like it was the facility's issue but the marketing on the website.
Krystina, the property manager, was sympathetic about the rate issue and more than helpful about everything - it was such a nice change in a stressful situation. And the property was clean and convenient - the "second floor" units have no stairs b/c of an elevated access road which made moving much easier. And the police dept is right next door which gives an extra sense of security.

the person that said the employees were too friendly
this is an awesome place to get storage. the customer service was outstanding and I liked that the people that worked there were so nice and eager to help me. I think the customer that said they were overtly friendly needs to get a life as these ladies did their job with finesse and respect. so if you think these ladies are too friendjly you need to get a real life.
