I got the smallest unit advertised online which reads 'first month free'. So, why did I have to pay $51.00 for the lease? Other than that, everything turned out well.

Fast and affordable.
Spoke with the assistant manager and was able to get everything squared away very quick and easy for me. Even with me being tired from doing everything in one day. Space was smaller than expected, but still made everything fit.

Friendly great customer service. Using Uncle Bobs storage was last minute decision. The storage I was going ran out of storage space so, this getting this storage wad very last minute and it saved my move to be move out. Every was very friendly from the time I called to make reservations to the time I went into the office and signed and got the unit. Thanks for every thing and be blessed, Carolyn Carmichael -LeShore

Great Experience
Wasn't aware of the mandatory insurance I had to get when I made my online reservation. But once there I was also given extra military discount and benefits which was great. Overall my experience was great, place was clean and I was in and out in 20mins tops!
