Jessica went out of her way to help out. Facility clean and secure.

Jessica is excellent and goes the extra mile to help out. Facility was easy to get to, clean and we paid less than for comparable units elsewhere.

We moved out of our apartment and needed storage space

Jessica at Superior Storage was very helpful in helping us get set up with our storage unit. She made the set up easy, very efficient, and we were in and out in no time. When we moved stuff to our unit she was very helpful then as well. She was also very courteous and has a great personality. Overall we give them a 5 star review.

Price hike in less than 60 days

Nice facility, friendly staff, but 15% price increase in less that 60 days. I would definitely choose another facility. They were having discountbfor newcomers, all while increasing the fee for the ones already renting, So, guess who paid for the newcomers???

Superior customer service, which is rare these days!!!

Jessica Thomas was FABULOUS! I wish every service oriented person I have to work with was like her! She was attentive, offered various solutions, said we could adjust if necessary, was so very pleasant, and mostly made the whole process a breeze. The facility was immaculate and smelled great! My husband, who hadn't seen the facility ahead of time, was very impressed. We can't say enough great things about Jessica and Superior Storage!
