The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are adequate but lighting in the unit is not available. I should be able to turn a light on in the unit when I need to see what I need.

Best for temporary use (less than a month)

Move in was convenient and easy. Staff were nice and helpful. The deals were very good. However, after a month you begin to see the issues with the facility to include an ant problem, a lot of spiders and the ceiling and walls hold moisture and my roof was later falling apart at no fault of my own. They never responded to emails about these issues nor fixed them.

Secondary facility on Peach Orchard

This a well run company I don't understand why they offer you a lower price without letting you know why. Low security, fences questionable, location not that great. I will use up my time for there and move it somewhere else.

Jump through hoops

I needed to move facilities in a hurry because of out of town business and I was immediately by their online special. When we found out that the last unit had been rented earlier that day and the website hadnt updated their roster, Josh didnt let that deter him from getting me a unit. He asked me knowledgeable questions that helped him determine what it was i waa looking for. He crunched the numbers and made sure i got the right size unit that not only fit my belongings but also fit my budget. It sure helps knowing your product and your core audience.Super customer service skills.

Clean and Organized

I rented a climate controlled unit. 24 hour access. Temperature seems to be at a consistent 85 degrees (as of June 2018) which is not bad at all. Pricing is great. Very competitive.
