SECURITY FEATURES AT GUARDIAN STORAGE

Guardian Storage features multiple overlapping security layers designed to maximize the security of the belongings you store with us. Though perfect security is not obtainable, we have invested heavily into the various systems designed to protect the occupants of our storage units.

We have 100 H.D. security cameras that monitor and record all areas of the facility, from the entry driveway off the street down to each individual hallway. We have well over 100 terabytes of recording capacity to provide extended recording.

The storage area is surrounded by an 8' perimeter fence. Each storage unit is equipped with its own individual unit alarm, armed and disarmed by your own personal access code. All persons entering the facility are required to input their code upon entry and exit. Access logs for the entry gate and for storage unit door activity are permanently retained. In addition to the unit alarm system, the facility is protected by an ADT Commercial monitored motion-sensor system. The first layer of this system monitors the entire perimeter of the storage yard and the second layer monitors activity in all entry hall spaces of the storage buildings. Private armed security or the police department will respond to all after-hour alarm activity.

Guardian also provides a dual-locking steel latch system for all storage units, which includes a high-security rated cylinder lock and an additional disk lock. Key-restricted access to all interior unit halls. Extensive bright LED flood lights and other fixtures keep the yard well-illuminated at all hours of the day.

This is a great storage facility. Initially, the prices were what drew me to them. However, once I spoke to Elliot, the manager, it was apparent how serious he is about the safe, secure operation of the facility, and that he truly cares about the Tennant who store there. He is kind, knowledgable, helpful, and made the move-in fast and easy.

Facility was great, sparefoot was not

The actual storage facility was great and the guy at the desk was incredibly helpful and nice. Sparefoot apparently never updates information though so when I got there the unit I reserved was already gone a week ago. Storage facility - 5 stars Sparefoot - 1 star

bad service, fine unit

The gentlemen at the front desk were awful. Well, I dealt with two; one better than the other. The man with dark hair in a vest suit with a peach shirt was absolutely horrific. He behaved as though it was a bother to assist us. He spoke down to me and was very impatient. The gentleman with red hair was more helpful, coming to the unit to unlock it for us after 20 minutes. We were not told how to find the unit or where the elevator was, and when I asked the first man after circling the complex for quite some time, he spoke to me as though I was incompetent. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service, but the pricing is good and the unit is fine. There was a broken fire extinguisher unit, and there was glass strewn about, but I understand that accidents happen.
