Had to cancel account ;(

The client I assisted in setting this up, chose to cancel the unit. The items we were going to store, are in a house that was going to be emptied and turned into a rental. The owner changed his mind so they had "free" storage. Looking into the future, IF the owner changes his mind and wants to rent we will definitely be in touch to request a unit. Steve the manager was awesome to work with. Very professional, caring and thorough. He went through the contract step by step, showed us the unit etc., just an overall good man. You are lucky to have him on your staff.

I reserved a space to park our 28' RV at this facility after calling at least 10 other places. Apparently RV storage is nearly impossible to find in this area. I just relocated to this area and my spouse drove the RV down separately. I made the reservation for the original day he told me he would be here. Plans changed and I had to move the reservation to one day later, which I did online, since I only got notice of the delay after they closed. The morning of the move, Steve called confirm we were taking the space THAT day and wanted an EXACT time of arrival. I told Steve I expected the RV to arrive at the storage place at or before noon. Steve pushed again for an EXACT time. I tried, but couldn’t reach connect with my spouse for more info. Steve called again at 12:20 sounding very angry and DEMANDING to know when, TO THE MINUTE, the RV would arrive or canceling our reserved spot. At that point, I felt panic at losing the only spot I was able to locate after tons of calls! I called my spouse and learned he was on his way to the storage place and would be there within 20 minutes. I called Steve to relay that information and he again BADGERED me for an EXACT down to the minute time of arrival. I offered to give him my credit card information to hold the reservation and assure him we were not flaking out, but he refused saying he could not do that over the phone. I told him that I couldn't predict the EXACT MOMENT that my spouse would arrive, and offered my spouse's phone number. My spouse indicated that Steve was equally cool and rude to him, but once he arrived at the facility, Steve treated him professionally. Sorry for the long review, but I am still shocked at how rude and pushy Steve became after he had been so friendly during our initial call. I am extremely happy to have a safe and secure storage place for our RV, but I have never felt so bullied and humiliated and treated like a scammer or liar by anyone I've done business with before.
